The jacket is a prefect. The jacket is a prefect fit, true to size and the expected fabric quality. Staff were pretty helpful through the ordering to the pick-up.

They took 5 days to reply and send me WRONG suit!. My review is reflecting poor experience with Suit Direct. Firstly, it took over 5 days and two emails for someone to get back to me. Secondly, the £250 suit was wrongly advertised on their website. I was after a particular shade, lining and pin and I was Mis-sold different suit. I was informed that the season has changed and the items showing on the website (the suit I needed) are no longer in stock and the marketing team haven't updated the website. I've paid for next day delivery as I needed that suit for Tuesday 22.08 and received a different suit that arrived in an open box to begin with. This cause me an enormous amount of stress and I had to spend even more money on suit I needed. I'm still awaiting a response from higher management. After reading the reviews I can see I wasn't the only who was Mis-sold different item. This is absolutely shocking to me!
