Really disappointed with service and. Really disappointed with service and delivery. Paid for next day delivery which was late On my first suit which I had to send back and then re ordered new suit for a wedding and again paid next day delivery only for it to come 3 days later. It only arrived after I tracked down courier and had spent 2 days trying to track down where my suit was . When you pay for next day delivery you expect it to come on time

The in store service is. The in store service is great. This is my wedding suit. It was delivered with torn covers over each item. No suit cover for the items and wrapped and scrunched up. If the store has provided it I'm sure it would've been better. Very disappointed and will be discussing this at the store before hiring the other four suits. If it's not better I'll go elsewhere

The suits are perfect but. The suits are perfect but you need to change the delivery service you use I lost £1100 worth of suits as the driver put them as delivered and they where not delivered and then had to pay another £850 for new suits but thankfully wr are getting the first ones refunded suit direct have been really good just a shame about you using Evri to deliver them as we now can't get the waistcoats we ordered as they are now out of stock

The assistant was very helpful. The assistant was very helpful and although the size of the suit we chose was not in stock, we went through the ordering process and the suit was delivered in a few days. The assistant did explain the returns proceedure but we did not require this as we were delighted wih the suit
