Helpful Staff. The staff were very helpful in assisting me to find a suit and even ordered it to be delivered to the house next day as they didn't have the sizes in stock. Would definitely shop here again!

I was let down by. I was let down by M&S so had to buy 3 suits quickly. Ordered Sunday afternoon from Suit Direct , all in stock. Paid extra £3.95 for next day delivery, and they arrived Monday lunchtime. Quality of the suits is OK and look smart. Obviously not top notch, but great for the price I paid. Overall very happy with dealing with Suit Direct, and would recommend.

The suit itself was fine,. The suit itself was fine, but I was really looking for something of higher quality. The problem was choice - I had little choice of suits in my size, and it had to be black, so options were limited.

BRILLIANT!!. brilliant service, the first suit I ordered was too small so I sent it back and ordered a size bigger and that one fitted perfectly, all done in three days. The quality is great and the refund was rapid, cannot recommend them enough.

Recommended. Brought as required a suit on short notice. Fast and speedy delivery with no damage caused during transport. Internal packaging was great as don't have a suit bag for it to protect in closet, so has been put back on. Suit itself came in excellent condition with no pulls or threads. Suit was packaged and transported well enough it could be worn immediately if needed with lout steaming or ironing. Fabric is of great quality and will last. Only negative I have was unable to buy a basic suit bag from suit direct so had to order from alternative vendor. May be available on website just search system was not intuitive to find what I'm looking for or just not available.

Horrible customer service and no response to emails. Ordered couple of suits for a wedding and they arrived promptly. But they send the wrong size trousers with it. Been trying to contact them for two weeks through numerous emails. But no response yet to any of them. No phone number to contact them either. Decided to buy a nother suit from somewhere and return suits directs items. I'm very disappointed with their customer service and lack of communication. Wish there was a way to give 0 stars
