Order just didn't arrive. I opted to collect my order from a collection point rather than have it delivered. I received an email telling me my order had been dispatched so I started regularly checking the tracking info. The messages were as follows: - 01:48 - Tue Jan 03 We're processing your parcel at our hub - 09:28 - Thu Jan 05 Your parcel is at our local depot and on its way to you - 07:55 - Mon Jan 09 Your parcel is on its way back to the sender No explanation, no attempt to contact me. And now my oder won't arrive in time for the event I needed it for. I have since emailed Suit Direct but haven't heard back yet. They have no customer service number and neither did the courier.

Beautiful suit. Suit arrived in shortest time possible. I was updated on progress and even when I needed a bigger size, they were very helpful. The suit was of good material and my husband loves it. That is all that matters
