After spending £365 on my. After spending £365 on my suit with alterations I must say I was extremely disappointed with that fact I had to purchase this suit bag separately. My experience with suits direct was amazing and the stuff were extremely professional in the cribbs Bristol branch.
It did leave a bitter taste in my mouth after paying so much money I was made to pay £5 for the bag.

New suit for a wedding. The lady who works in the Blue water store was extremely helpful. She knew exactly what I wanted and searched the store for my sizes with my fiancée . She went searching for a tie and shirt while I tried on the suit. Everything fits well. I wore it on Saturday and looks and fitted really well.
We are getting married in 2026 and will be going here again to get all of our suits. Excellent value for money and lots of selection. Good quality clothing. I got my last suit from here and it has lasted well. Thank your staff for the excellent staff especially the lady who looked after me.

I have rated this at 5 stars.
Only problem was the waist coat it is a 40 should have been 44. But this is not your fault it was my idiot friend who measured wrong apart from that as I have said service is Excellent.

Purchasing in a hurry. I went in this company on Saturday at about 12 midday in a bit of a panic. I needed a decent suit for a local MMA fight that my mates son had entered. I had previously tried all the normal high street shops Bross Mothers and lake island as well as several others. All of them not really interested in the guy that has just done a morning's work and I was covered in it, only my clothes though. Anyway, the guy that was on that day asked me if I was ok to which I replied "no not really". I told him I hadn't purchased a suit in fifteen years since my wedding and that I had no idea of sizes, let alone style. Long story, he directed me to a lovely polite and seemingly enthusiastic young sales lady. I came out of there with a Ted Baker suit for 150 plus a tie, leather belt, white shirt and waistcoat for another £140. When I got home and looked on the internet I tallied the amount to be over £650. Bargain. Great experience under strees. I couldn't thank them enough.
