Trousers and jacket were ordered. Trousers and jacket were ordered to fit. The wrong coloured jacket was sent as to that ordered . The trousers came but had a very obvious light coloured stitch showing in the front of the fly so have had to be returned and we await another pair . Not good as so far having paid for a suit two weeks ago , I have yet to try on the aunt I am buying !

Service appalling. Originally ordered a suit via click and collect from Doncaster Store, they sent it to my home address instead, arrived in a box! I've attached photo as the Jacket was like a dish cloth, returned jacket to store, as advised to try and steam out creases, shocking customer service, I got a refund on jacket, will have to pay to alter length of trousers, I would definitely avoid Suit Direct.

The service I received from. The service I received from Deiter was second to none. Curiously, informed and attentive.. Ted Baker have a nice cut and are comfortable to ware. Beats most suits hands down.

We bought a Ted baker. We bought a Ted baker suit jacket and a shirt was purchased in store trousers were ordered click and collect 2 to 3 days after waiting a week I rang store the girl on phone said she was the only one on shop floor and 2 check website I said no they were 2 be delivered 2 ur store so u check she did trousers were there so I said thanks for letting me know she said very rudely ur welcome and put phone down I went that afternoon 2 get trousers she was most unpleasant very bad customer service
