I found this shop by looking on line so my husband and I called in . The staff went out of their way to be helpful and helpful us choose the perfect suit. The price for a ted baker suit was reasonable. Delivered to the shop as requested . Quick delivery. All in all very satisfied.

Slim fit shirts.
I was told by the shop assistant after measurements that 1” shorter and slim fit is my size. When the shirts arrive they were too tight round the waste and sleeve is longer than I expected. I am very disappointed with the service I received.

Only thing that was missing.
Only thing that was missing was the suit carry case so I hope when I’m next in the Metro Centre one will be made available to me.

The young lady that served.
The young lady that served us was very helpful and pleasant. The shop hadn't got the right size in trousers so she ordered it on line. When the suit arrived at our house the trousers and jacket were different shades of navy. Very disappointing

Terrible service from delivery to dealing with customer complaints.
Ordered suit with next day delivery as I was only in the UK for a week. The suit never arrived and despite me sending in a customer queries, no one has responded to my complaints nor has the suit ever turned up. Awful service

Item arrived on time. Paid.
Item arrived on time. Paid over £200 for the Ted Baker suit blazer so was expecting it to arrive in good if not excellent condition, however the blazer came with deep creases on the left arm and the back. I emailed Suit Direct and informed them of this and asked what they can do for me but have had no response from them. I didn't want to resort to this but I'm hoping by giving this rating I'll at least get a satisfactory response from them.
