Jacket is nice and fits.

It's a great-fitting jacket, even.
It's a great-fitting jacket, even though I had to size up to accommodate my muscly upper arms because I use a manual wheelchair and crutches.
The sleeves will need to be taken up, and the shoulders will need to be taken down but that's because I am 4'4.

Customer service from Mr Nigel Thomas at McArthur Glen, Bridgend store was exemplary. I always thought I was a regular jacket but Nigel knows straight away that I required a short. His knowledge of the suits in store he pointed me in the right direction of suits available. When I selected the suit above there were no short jackets in store but he found a similar one in store for size.
He then ordered the right sizes from warehouse and the delivery was made to my house within 2 days.
The suit is perfect and the knowledge and understanding of your products by Nigel is exemplary.

In store support..
I knew the suit style and colour I wanted but the size was not available in store.
Staff offered me the size required in other styles for me to try on.
On getting the correct sizing, staff ordered ordered the suit from warehouse, which was delivered the next day.

Fiited up.
Meaaured for 3 piece suit , limited choice for my size & no stock, so i ordered one in store from their website costing £312 . Suit came to store arrived boxed no suit cover/carrier, troussers/ waistcoat didnt fit although id tried that size in store fitting & quality were poor for price

Fantastic service in the York.
Fantastic service in the York store, really helpful assistant. Didn't have the colour I wanted but I was able to try a different colour on for size. The store ordered the suit for me online and it was delivered to my home within two days.
